📋 Tracker
The old standalone Tracker is now your Leads board — the same status pipeline (NEW → PITCHED → … → WON → ACTIVE, plus DNC), with Day 3 / Day 8 follow-ups handled by the engine.

🎯 Your waters
I help … in … get … using …
These four phrases feed the Recipe Generator, the Audit Wizard and your Agent State. Set them once — everything rebuilds.
📋 Tracker
Tracker is now your Leads board — pitched businesses, statuses and follow-ups live there, backed by the sending engine.
Template Library
Template Library — ready-made, in English
Every pitch follows the book's 4-line structure — Observation · Cost · Small free offer · Yes/No question — and stays under 80 words. Fill the [brackets], copy, send. Under each template: exactly how to use it. The library leads with your core services — Local SEO & GMB, complete SEO and web design/dev. Templates for other services (Google Ads, content, social) are kept under More services so they never dilute the core offer.
Recipe Generator
Recipe Generator — 24 search recipes
Enter your niche, city, country/domain ending and service. Every recipe from Chapter 4 is rebuilt with your words — plus four new core recipes for Local SEO & GMB work (map-pack gaps, review-poor businesses, missing service pages, suspended profiles). Each recipe is badged by service: GMB / Local SEO and Web recipes feed your core offer. Run the search, verify the business is real and active, then audit before you pitch. The four fields start from your waters (Settings) — tweak them here freely; saving happens in Settings.
Search formula behind every recipe: [niche] + [location / domain] + [sign of a problem] − [noise]. Use Google's time filter (Past week / Past month) on the “asking for help” recipes so you reach people while the need is fresh.
Audit Wizard
10-Minute Audit Wizard
Owners don't care about technical faults — they care about sales, reputation and competitors. Tick each problem you actually find; the wizard translates it into a money sentence you can paste straight into your pitch.
Checklist A — Google Business Profile (3 min)
Checklist B — Website, mobile-first (4 min)
Checklist C — Ads & visibility (3 min)
How to use the audit
- Pick ONE business and finish all three checklists before opening anything else.
- Only tick what you verified yourself — never guess a fault into a pitch.
- Choose the single most expensive problem. One sharp problem beats a list of ten.
Checklist D — Local SEO deep-dive (core · +4 min)
How to run checklist D
- Search the money keyword exactly as a customer does: “[service] near [area]” — note who is in the map pack and who is missing.
- Check the website for one page per main service and per main area served. Missing pages = missing rankings.
- Compare name, address and phone (NAP) across Google, their website and 2–3 directories — mismatches quietly cost trust and rank.
Your money sentences
Pitch Quality Gate
Pitch Quality Gate
The book's rule — no generic messages — enforced by a machine. Paste your pitch; the gate checks it against the 4-line standard. Fix every red line before sending.

Practice Lab
Practice Lab — 13 fictional cases
Each case is built on one method from the book. Read the clues, write your audit finding and 4-line pitch, then reveal the model answer and face the owner's hard objection. Make your first ten mistakes here — not on real clients.
SERP Check
SERP Check — the real local result for any city
Local results change from city to city, so an ordinary search from your own location cannot be trusted. Pick a keyword and a city here, and open the results a customer in that area actually sees. Then save what you found in the worksheet — every pitch finding should come from a check like this, never from a guess.
How to run a check
- Pick the keyword and city — the exact keyword a customer types, and the city where the shop you are checking operates.
- Tap the Map Pack button and note the first 3 organic listings — sponsored listings are separate; do not count them.
- Save it in the worksheet — the top 3, plus your target shop's position and review count. This becomes the evidence behind your pitch.
1 · Keyword and city
Google Maps opens the listings for that area — this is the actual map pack a customer there sees.
Ordinary Google web results with the city and state in the query — use it to check website rankings.
2 · Worksheet — check log
Note down what you saw. Entries are saved to your Dive Client Ocean account and stay private to you — they are here when you come back, on any device.
Setup & System
Setup & System
Everything that sits outside the daily pitching work: your Agent State, the packages you quote, your email signature, the warm-up pace, the Daily Run, the 30-day plan and the rules. Set this up once; then the days run themselves.
Agent State (read at the start of every run)
Your waters live in Settings → Your waters — change them there and this state updates with them.
Packages & pricing (USA, USD)
| Service | Starter | Growth | Partner |
|---|---|---|---|
| Local SEO / SEO (monthly) | $500 | $1,000 | $2,000+ |
| Website (one-time project) | $800 | $2,000 | $4,000+ (+ maintenance) |
| Google Ads mgmt (monthly, + ad spend) | $400 | $800 | $1,500+ |
| Content writing (monthly) | $300 | $600 | $1,200+ |
- Setup fee ≈ one month's fee. 50% of setup upfront, rest on delivery; monthly fee at the start of each month.
- Market adjustment: UK / Western Europe ≈ 90% · GCC ≈ 80% · Pakistan / India / Bangladesh ≈ 25% (in local currency). Higher-value niches → upper end.
- Always price in the client's currency. Never below your minimum — reduce scope, not price.
- Sell outcomes, not hours: Starter = fix the basics · Growth = Starter + steady leads · Partner = full online growth.
Email signature (English, neutral)
Gmail's default signature stays in English (or your own language) — a client-language signature goes inside each client email instead, never in the account settings.
The Daily Run (every working morning)
Interrupt the run only for: 🔥 hot leads, call reminders, signing an agreement, money decisions, angry/legal replies. Everything else lands in the daily report.
Setup checklist (once)
Your commands
Type these to your agent any time — it works without them, but they steer it fast:
Weekly review — Sunday
Which niche, city, recipe, proof type and subject line got replies? Do more of what works. Reply rate under 2% after 50+ pitches → change one variable (niche, city, language, proof type, or teaser mode). End the month with a 30-day review: best niche / city / message, then next month's plan.
Warm-up & daily pace
Send in the client's working hours (Tue–Thu mornings are best), never on their weekend or holidays. No replies after 30+ sends? Switch to teaser mode — observation + cost + “Want me to send the full report/video?”, no attachment. A bounce gets ONE corrected published address, then ONE replacement lead the same day.
Daily scoreboard
Beginner day
Full-time day
The maths that matters: even a small reply rate, repeated daily, compounds. Consistency is the strategy — not one perfect pitch.
The 30-day plan
The Rules — Always / Never
✓ Always
- Personalise every message with one verified, specific observation.
- Honest subject lines — say exactly what the message contains.
- Real identity — your real name, real business, real contact details.
- Stop on “no” — one friendly close, then stop. Retry in 3 months at most.
- Published contacts only — addresses and numbers the business itself publishes.
- Permission before ads or tests — written permission before spending or testing in their name.
- Label demos as concepts, keep them private and noindex.
- Disclose commissions when a tool you recommend pays you.
- Client owns everything — their site, accounts, data and content.
- Written agreements — scope, price, dates and 30-day notice, before work starts.
- Compliance footer on every outreach email, with an easy opt-out — and every “no” honoured immediately and permanently (DNC, every channel).
- Check before sending — tracker + Sent folder first, so no business is ever pitched twice by accident.
✕ Never
- Bulk spam — no mass-blasting the same message to a list.
- Fake urgency or fake “Re:” subject lines.
- Invented penalties or scare claims you cannot prove.
- Unauthorised security testing on anyone's website.
- Fake profiles, fake reviews or fake business listings.
- Lookalike domains or anything that imitates another business.
- Personal-data digging — no hunting private emails or personal details.
- Nulled / pirated software on a client's site.
- Guaranteed rankings or guaranteed results — promise controlled work, not outcomes you don't control.
- Asking for passwords — always access as an added user.
