Privacy Policy — Dive Client Ocean
Last updated: 3 November 2026Dive Client Ocean is a client-acquisition tool operated by Syed Asif Bukhari ("we", "us"). It helps its users find business leads, send outreach emails from their own Gmail account, and track replies and follow-ups. This policy explains what data the tool handles and how.
Who uses this tool
Each user signs up with their own account and connects their own Google (Gmail) account. Every user's data is stored separately and is visible only to that user.
Data we store
- Account data: the email address and a securely hashed password you register with.
- Lead data you enter or import: business names, contact names, business email addresses, phone numbers, websites, ratings and notes that you add to your own lead lists.
- Campaign data: the email texts you write, and a log of emails sent on your behalf (recipient, time, step) so follow-ups and tracking work.
- Google account connection: if you connect Gmail, we store an OAuth refresh token so the tool can send and check mail for you without asking you to sign in every time. We never see or store your Google password.
How your Google data is used
With your permission, Dive Client Ocean uses the Gmail API only to (1) send outreach and follow-up emails that you compose and queue, and (2) check for replies to those emails so lead statuses stay up to date. We do not read unrelated mail, we do not sell Google data, and we do not use it for advertising. Dive Client Ocean's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is processed on Cloudflare infrastructure (hosting and storage) and Google (Gmail API) solely to operate the tool.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists. You may ask for your account and all of its data to be deleted at any time by emailing us; you can also disconnect Gmail at any time from Settings, which removes the stored token, or revoke access from your Google account's security page.
